尊敬的各位老師，親愛(ài)的同學(xué)們:
大家早上好！我們是來(lái)自高二國(guó)際班的吳淳泱和欒博佳。今天，我們的演講題目是《抓牢你的夢(mèng)想》。 
夢(mèng)想滋養(yǎng)我們的靈魂，夢(mèng)想代表著我們被現(xiàn)實(shí)拉垮時(shí)依然具有的希望。它鼓勵(lì)我們不斷前進(jìn)。大多數(shù)成功人士都是夢(mèng)想家，同時(shí)也是普通人，只是他們敢于夢(mèng)想敢于成就偉大。當(dāng)我們還是孩子的時(shí)候，我們都?jí)粝脒^(guò)做一番大事業(yè)，現(xiàn)在應(yīng)當(dāng)做的就是保存好那些夢(mèng)想，再度恢復(fù)它們，并將它們實(shí)現(xiàn)。不過(guò)最難的是我們通常不知道怎樣付諸實(shí)施。那么，就從最具體的目標(biāo)開(kāi)始，堅(jiān)持去做吧。不要讓那些莫名的恐懼迷惑了我們的雙眼，影響了我們對(duì)未來(lái)的信念。用我們的天資和智慧，用我們的耐力和創(chuàng)造力，我們一定會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)夢(mèng)想。 
抓牢你的夢(mèng)想，因?yàn)槿绻麎?mèng)想死亡，生活就成了一只折斷翅膀的鳥(niǎo)再也不能飛翔。抓牢你的夢(mèng)想，因?yàn)槿绻?mèng)想，生命就成了一塊覆蓋著冰雪的貧瘠的凍土。親愛(ài)的朋友們，想想那些過(guò)去的或已經(jīng)死去的夢(mèng)想吧。不管是什么，重新將它撿起，并從今天開(kāi)始讓它重生。

Good morning, everyone. we are 吳淳泱and欒博佳 from international department. Today our topic is 《Hold Fast To Your Dreams》I have a dream today. Thedreams nourish our spirit; they represent possibility even when we are draggeddown by reality. They keep us going. Most successful people are dreamers aswell as ordinary people who are not afraid to think big and dare to be great.When we were little kids, we all dreamed of doing something big and splashy,something significant. Now what we need to do is to maintain them, refresh themand turn them into reality. However, the toughest part is that we often have noideas how to translate these dreams into actions. Well, just start withconcrete objectives and stick to it. Don’t let the nameless fear confuse the eyeand confound our strong belief of future. Through our talents, through ourwits, through our endurance and through our creativity, we will make it.
Holdfast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannotfly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozenwith snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams.Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today. Thank you!
